Inspired by former President Barack Obama and American actor Donald Glover, Miles Morales is one of the characters who takes on the name and responsibility of Spider-man. But, unlike Peter Parker, Miles is an inner-city kid with an African American father and a Puerto Rican mother. Even though this ultimate collection contains more issues than our other books, students still read it quickly because Miles is such a likable character.
